We are a group of students from Coláiste Muire Cobh Co. Cork. In our town there are many sports to take part in, from GAA to soccer and running to rowing. Over the years we have had great sports achievements and several sporting heroes that started off in Cobh. The super Sonia O' Sullivan who won silver at The Olympics was born here. 

Our project is based on the Fundamental movements that are needed in all sports and physical activity.We hope that our project can increase the level of sport that is played in Cobh. We are targeting primary school children in our locality, so that they can learn the skills correctly from a young age.
